To qualify for Complimentary Airport Lounge Access, kindly ensure that you make your Card payments on time. With effect from 1st March 2009, Guest admission will be subject to the admission fees and policies of each airport lounge.
*As per the lounge policy of Cedars Lounge at Beirut-Rafic Hariri Airport, Lebanon, guests will not be allowed access.
Assured Hotel Bookings
When booking your hotel accommodation with the American Express Corporate Card, you can take advantage of the exclusive Assured Reservations facility. When you book your room using this service, you ensure that your room will be kept for you, no matter how late you arrive. When booking, quote your Corporate Card account number and mention that you want to take advantage of the Assured Reservations facility.
To cancel an Assured Reservation, you must call the hotel the day you planned to arrive at the hotel before 6.00 p.m. (local time). When booking please check the cancellation time, as this can vary. If you do not cancel in time, you will be charged for the room. When canceling, be sure to ask for a cancellation number and keep it for future reference.
