1. Log on to Amex mobile App
2. Tap on (Online Services Login) on Pay your Bill
3. Under Pay Your Bill, please select the Card you wish to pay for.
4. Please select the amount you wish to pay.
5. After selecting the amount, select the (Benefit logo) and click continue.
6. The system will take you directly to the partner web page for the final payment step.
7. Enter your ATM card number (Benefit card)., expiry date and your ATM PIN number and click "Pay Now".
8. Ensure the information is correct and click "Confirm" to proceed with the payment.
9. Log Out.

You can settle your monthly bill by logging on to our Online Services here and following the simple steps to make the payment with your Debit Card from one of the partner banks of the Benefit Switch:

Please follow the below steps to make the payment online:

1. Click on www.americanexpress.com.bh
2. Click on (Online Services Login) on the left side panel of the screen
3. If you are already registered then log on with your details. If you are not registered, please create a Username and Password and follow the steps to register your Card.
4. Click on "Pay Your Bill Online" and select the registered American Express Card for which you wish to make the payment for.
5. Please select the amount you wish to pay.
6. After selecting the amount, select the (Benefit logo) and click continue.
7. The system will take you directly to the partner web page for the final payment step.
8. Enter your ATM card number (Benefit card)., expiry date and your ATM PIN number and click "Pay Now".
9. Ensure the information is correct and click "Confirm" to proceed with the payment.
10. Log Out.

Settle your Monthly Statement of Account with maximum ease through our Direct Debit Payment Service. Once you set your Direct Debit instructions, your monthly Card payments will be made automatically all year round. Signing up is simple ' all you need to do is complete a Direct Debit Registration Form and send it to our front office. In doing so, please note the following instructions:

One form must be submitted for each American Express Card you hold and include a unique 'Reference Number*' for each of your Card(s).

* To know your reference code, please contact your Relationship Manager or call our 24/7 Customer Services number on the back of your Card.

Send us a local bank drawn cheque (along with the Payment Slip at the bottom of your Card Statement). Remember to write your Account Number on the front of your cheque and please allow a minimum of 7 working days for payment to reach us. Send your cheque to:

Visit an American Express Office in the Middle East and North Africa. You can settle your bill by cash or local bank, Demand Drafts and Personal Cheques. Please ensure you have your Card and your Statement with you.

• In Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt you can make Card payments at the cashier counters of select banks.
• In Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, Egypt, and the UAE, you can make Card payments online with select banks.
• In the UAE, you can make Card payments at any 141 ENOC and EPPCO petrol stations across the country or by depositing cash at any of Emirates NBD's Cash Deposit Machines.

Please note: Cheques drawn on Iranian banks are not accepted at American Express offices or any of the locations listed for settlement of your monthly Card bill.
